These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the betus platform and all related services. When you register, access, or use any service on betus, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

betus reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after any changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at betus, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
• Complete and accurate information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each person may open only one account.
• You must not have any other active or suspended account in your name.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

Transferring, renting, or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betus may request necessary documents to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Submitting false documents will result in account closure.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently active on betus are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds may only be used for playing.
• Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is generally credited to the account instantly.
• No fees apply to deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may charge separately.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: 15 minutes to 2 hours (for verified accounts).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 4).
• If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be delayed for review.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 25x applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period from the date the bonus is issued, the bonus may be cancelled. The specific validity period for each bonus will be communicated separately.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, multiple identities, or by exploiting any technical error is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

The betus VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. betus reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time, but members will be notified before any changes take effect.

Cashback is credited directly to the account and is subject to separate wagering requirements — specific terms will be communicated with each offer.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on betus are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing through software, bots, or automated methods.
• Playing using another person's account.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing other players or staff.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

6.3 SSL Security

Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. Your information is never shared with third parties, except as described in the privacy policy.

• Service disruptions from third-party payment providers.

However, if any loss occurs due to a system-level error, betus will attempt to provide a resolution after a proper investigation.

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance (after bonus conditions are met).

10.2 Closure by betus

betus may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Betting patterns that indicate systematic abuse.

In the event of account closure, if a violation of the terms is established, the balance may be forfeited. Otherwise, arrangements will be made to return the fair balance.

betus reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or notify you by email. If you continue to use the platform after changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
